Getting started with Page2Prompt

Install Page2Prompt from the Chrome Web Store.
Pin it: click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar, then the pin next to Page2Prompt.
Open any article and click the Page2Prompt icon, or press Alt+Shift+P.
Pick a template and click Send. Your AI opens with the prompt already pasted.

Shortcut: Alt+Shift+S sends the page (or your selection) straight to your default AI. Change shortcuts at chrome://extensions/shortcuts.

Activate your Pro license

After checkout, find your key in the confirmation email or in My Account → License Keys. It looks like WCAM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
Click the extension icon, then Go Pro → Have a key? Activate. You can also use Settings → Account & plan.
Paste the key and click Activate. The badge changes to PRO.

Bought Pro but still see Free? Open the extension's Settings and click Refresh status. Payments can take a minute to confirm.

Use your key on another browser

A Page2Prompt Pro key works on up to 3 browsers or computers. To move it, open Page2Prompt on the old browser, go to Settings → Account & plan and click Remove from this browser. That frees a slot, and you can activate the key on the new browser.

Lost access to an old computer? Email us your license key and we'll reset it.

Billing & subscriptions

Cancel, or switch monthly ↔ yearly: My Account → Subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Invoices and receipts: My Account → Orders.
Update your card: open the subscription and choose Change payment.
Refunds: see our refund policy.

Troubleshooting

What you see	What to do
"Chrome doesn't allow extensions to read this page"	Chrome blocks extensions on `chrome://` pages, the Web Store and its built-in PDF viewer. Open a normal website.
The prompt didn't paste into the AI	The prompt is always copied first: click the message box and press `Ctrl`+`V` (`⌘`+`V` on Mac). Then tell us which AI site it was, so we can fix it.
It grabbed the wrong part of a page	Select the text you want and use Selection mode. Send us the URL and we'll tune the extractor.
"This video has no captions or transcript"	Transcripts only exist for YouTube videos with captions (including auto-generated ones).
"That license key wasn't found"	Copy the key again from My Account → License Keys; check for missing characters.
"This key is already active on 3 devices"	Remove it from a browser you no longer use (see above), or email us.
"This license has expired" / "was cancelled"	Renew or restart your plan in My Account → Subscriptions, then click Refresh status.
"Can't reach windcodex.com"	Check your connection. Pro keeps working for 3 days offline, so you won't be locked out by a short outage.
